Allow me to introduce myself, My name is Leonidas Joyce and I am the leader of the newly formed alliance 'Ihatalo Cartel'
This is the beginning of our recruitment drive, and we are looking for pilots of all professions and all skill levels. We are not however accepting corporate applications due to the nature of how this alliance is setup. It is after all a dictaitorship and allowing corporations to join would disrupt the way we work.
Should you be interested in joining, you will have the option to choose a division you wish to have a role in.
Our method of recruitment and alliance structure may seem complicated and unorthodox, but if you visit our website here you can read all the information you will need about who we are and what we do.
We have a unique setup here ensuring all members get the best rates of payment for contributions, our pilots can fly the best ships they are able, and an enviroment that is not only friendly but creates a sence of family among the members.
So whatever your current profession, please take a momnet to look at our website and feel free to contact us regarding your potential future with us.
You may also join the Ingame channel 'IHATALO CARTEL' and speak to any of our members who would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
For direct recruitment enquiries, contact the following people:
Fertigo - Head of Industry recruiting Miners, haulers, salvagers etc
Cain Negestor - Head of Security recruiting Mission runners, PVE pilots, complex runners
Klaus Hauptmann - Chief Diplomat, Commodore recruiting PVPers only (security status or past career not an issue)
Thank you for your time and consideration.

I was contacted by Klaus Hauptmann in my recent post, searching for a corporation, and I had a really good talk with him out the Ihatalo Cartel. I'm still thinking about which corporation (of the four which have posted in my thread) to choose, though.
Regarding your website, I cannot see it on a firefox nor an explorer client. Viewing the source, I believe that there's a problem in the way you're linking the client further. I hope you'll look into this, so I can get a chance of viewing the website in near future.
My post can be found here.

Website Domain 1 Website Domain 2
The reason for 2 domains is because for some reason, European based players could view the site, but there was problems for those in other regions. The second domain, seems to have solved the problem, but if you are still having issues with the website, please drop by the ingame channel IHATALO CARTEL and speak to a member.

Here is what I'm looking for in combat pilots :
*Obey FC orders without question *Engage in some Low Security PVP aswell as 0.0 PVP *Participate in small wolfpack style gangs aswell as large fleets *Pilot a ship assigned to you by the FC for any operation, regardless of your preference (based on your skill ability).
If you think you can answer yes to all of these, then write me a eve-mail explaining why I should give you a role within the Navy. Unlike many other PvP outfits out there, you will not be just another number. You will be expected to play an active role in operations, and work towards our Cartel goals as a team.

ATTENTION PVP HUNGRY PILOTS
Are you looking for a rewarding and exciting PvP corporation to join? Finding that the next PvP outift is just basically the same as the last? Then allow me to tell you about the Ihatalo Navy, a division of the Ihatalo Cartel.
The Ihatalo Navy is looking for experienced and veteran PvP pilots daily, however, being a part of our Navy division is not something easily achieved and there is a stringent vetting process.
The Navy doesn't take anyone, you have to show us why you deserve to be considered an Ihatalo Navy pilot. The Navy division may not be very large in terms of numbers, but the impact it has made in any area of space it has been active in gives any potential opponent cause for concern and credits the leadership and quality of the pilots within the Navy ranks.
Here are some of the reasons why;
We always fight outnumbered Out of over 30 fleet engagements since its formation a little over 2 months ago, the Ihatalo Navy has never fought an enemy fleet that had less pilots in the battle than the Navy did.
We engage when others run Our Navy pilots have on many occassions bust gate-camps, that in any other situation and any other PvP outfit would have resulted in defeat. Some have been impressed, others attribute it to luck, but what ever it is, the Ihatalo Navy has demonstrated on numerous occasions that we will fight if there is hostile pilots to kill. The Navy pilots would rather take out as many hostile targets as possible and die together, than run away and be picked off one by one.
We stay and fight Running from a fight teaches you nothing. If a hostile pilots defeats an Ihatalo Navy Pilot in combat, it only serves to give knowledge on how to defeat that hostile pilot in a future engagement.
So how can the Ihatalo Navy adopt this policy that many would consider reckless?
Very easily. All PvP operations are 100% funded by the Ihatalo Cartel itself. Pilots suffer no drop in moral since no pilot suffers loss of personal property. Every ship, its modules, and munitions we take into combat has been manufactured by our industrial division. Everything committed to an operation comes from an Ihatalo Cartel factory.
A ship loss equivalent to 100 million isk market value for example may have cost the Ihatalo Cartel Industrial division less than 20% of that value to manufacture it from raw.
Due to this we can justify the Navy's combat policy. By providing combat ships for all Navy operations, we give our Navy division a huge advantage over any hostile fleet.
"Eliminate a pilots fear of losing his own assets in combat, and you will ensure he focuses his thoughts on the task at hand."
So, now that you are interested in joining, go ahead and contact any of the following Navy recruitment officers about your future in the Ihatalo Navy :
Afturmath - Wing Commander Cheeba Don - Squad Leader Finika - Squad Leader Aliaan - Squad Leader
All membership acceptance is subject to a 2 week trial period of which you will be expected to demonstrate why you should remain after the trial period. Ihatalo Cartel |

Here's a question:
I'm currently running missions, would like to contribute to a 0.0 corp/alliance and can both mine and rat.
But I want to pvp, as well.
With your corporate structure, how hard is the line between the three primary areas? Is it more a matter of specialization?
Or do you actively discourage, say, ratters fitting for pvp and helping bust a camp or tackling an intruder?
When you have different corporations for each area, it makes it seem a lot more "this and only this is your job" than perhaps you mean for it to be. I've not been out to 0.0 but I find it hard to believe that everyone isn't expected from time to time to help out when the enemy comes around.
Anyway I don't quite count under the skillpoint requirements, so I'll keep looking here, but thought I'd ask if my perception was intended or if I'm just looking through noob-tinted glasses

The idea behind the different divisions is that your put into a group where the activities you more commonly engage in are the same as those in the group, thus making it more likely you will participate in group activities.
This does not however limit any member from joining in a pvp operation, or indeed any other activity that would be considered something a separate group would be involved in.
Each division is simply a means to better organize things we do and give members everything they need in one place for their career specific roles.

We are still looking for new members guys and gals.
We are 0.0 based and have sovereignty in a number of systems in the Geminate Region. The Ihatalo Cartel is a team work orientated group, firmly believing in comunal prosperity over individual gain. At this moment we have 3 specialised divisions which you can join the Ihatalo Cartel through..
Ihatalo Internal Security : PvE pilots We have many spawn sites, access to 9/10 and 10/10 complexes, and lots of open space to explore.
Ihatalo Heavy Industries : Industrial Pilots We have countless untouched belts offering lucrative 0.0 ores and profitable ice fields.
Ihatalo Navy : PvP Pilots: We have daily operations including raids, patrols, gatecamps, busting gate camps, roaming gangs, the lot.
