Hey,
Just for info: A new mirror is currently being prepared for Singularity and will be deployed soon (maybe already late afternoon today, more likely tomorrow or Friday).

No ETA yet and it is likely that it will start first again on the old mirror before we switch over to the new mirror tomorrow. I turned out, that a database upgrade script is much heavier than expected, so this is being worked on.

but the mirror itself is ready for deployment,just some script issues blocking the aplying new database mirror right?
i wonder on some things
1.how does those mirrors are taken and deployed
2.what happens to old mirror
3.what happens to citadels in wspace and characters all in? how to not get locked out of wh in sisi since evrything in wh is ejeted into 6-cz system,
4. how big usually are database mirrors
5.is there hardware playing around during mirroring?
6.how big singularity is at all |

So, after the upgrade scripts finished on the old DB, I started the server and found out that the scriot was not only slow, but also partially incorrect - many corp offices are currently not accessible and there are probably further problems. 
Unfortunately I feel not confident with opening the server in this state, so I will keep it closed / down for the night and will investigate this further tomorrow morning and then also switch to the new mirror (and make sure that those problems will not happen there).

you cant let the server run on its own untill tommorow? we wanted to keep going on the sotiyo,it appears that can be destroyed with frigates as blood raiders have issues attacking that ship type. |

Maybe instead of acting like annoying "are we there yet?" children we could all hold hands and pray to lord almighty Bob for the server to be brought back up before the weekend and let CCP focus on getting that done. |

Singularity is online at the moment, but we are having still problems with DB performance - which causes problems with loading of systems. More info later - but this might need intervention from a DB admin, who are all asleep now - so probably tomorrow.

Yeah. All of my characters are unable to log in.
Is there anything we can do from the client side to give you information on what's causing the slowdown?

Unfortunately the database performance for Singularity is still a problem and many systems are failing to load. A proper solution will probably need to be investigated on Monday - but we'll see if we can find any further improvements before this.

Habakuk I appreciate you trying to fix this but I can't help thinking would it have not been easier to just get this all sorted and mirrored when the AT was announced? It's common knowledge most alliances practice on sisi and would begin once AT had been announced, its just really inconvenient having to go through this now rather than when it was announced.
