I have been playing EVE for one month now and obviously new to it.
Can you tell me how can I qualify for level 2 mission, ppl used to say that keep doing lv 1 mission but it is too vague. I complete every single mission that was given to me including lv 1 World Collide and every story line mission. My agent standing is all 6.0 to 8.0

check your charsheet -> standings
=> look up the npc - corp(s) you have the best standing(s) (the 'i' button)
=> check the "agents" - tab
=> you'll find all for you already accessable agents, with quality, location ...
Case you did enought storyline - agents for an NPC faction you might access other lv2 - agents via faction standing. use e.g. www.eve-agents.com to find one.

You need to check your corp standing not your agent standings. Angent standings aren't very useful until later when you make big rewards. A high standing with a corp will get you lvl 2+ missions.

You may have noticed all missions are repeatable.

Firstly:
Charactersheet -> standings -> Liked by: find a corporation which you have more than about 1.5 standing with. If nobody likes you that much, train Connections.
Then:
Map -> My Information -> My Agents: find the big green blobs and look for level 2 agents.
Or: use eve-agents.com to find a level 2 agent you have the required standings for.

Or you can bring up the info screen for the corp you are running missions for and go under the agent tab where it will list every agent in that corp and divide them off by "available to you" and "not available."
Training Connections to lvl 2-3 will get you lvl 2 missions VERY fast.
