You're worried that neither of your aspects are acceptable, nor the combination of them.
I think it was spot on said earlier on, you're you. In the end, you're the one that has to look yourself in the eyes in the mirror, everything else's just flavortalk.
Bodymass/muscletone does not exclude you from intellectual/nerdy interests, it's just usually that people choose to focus on one aspect, focusing on their strengths and hiding their weakness.

As long as you're happy about being you, you don't really need a label.
