Ok Yesterday one of our Exploration teams found a Deadspace complex called sanshas Provincial HQ, 32 BS+ all aggro at once and the gate does not allow Capital ships in.
What im after is has anyone found this before? If so what was your tactics to beat it?
Massed BS's wave on wave? or some tricksy :) Speedy Inty or vaga to lure the Rats interested?
Any help appreciated! :)

Since you're up against Sanshas, use a Jaguar with boosted EM and Therm resists, plenty of speed, and good shield or cap recharge modules in the low slots. It ought to be able to move fast enough to avoid ever getting hit with the guns, and will be small and quick enough to take very little damage from missiles. He won't be able to do any damage, and make sure the pilot gives plenty of warning if he has to get out.
It's relatively cheap, too.

A T2 minmatar BC would be better imo, if the Jag does get hit it will take one hell of alot of damage and might even insta pop, a munnin would also be better for the same reasons. The larger ships will take more hits but they should survive the alpha damage giving logistics enough time to remote rep.

Tried the idea with the BC the Slepnir tok less than 30 secs to go down before logistics could get a hold on Dmg with resistances at 90% on EM and Thermal,
The next idea is to use Interceptors with AB's and try to get some distance to allow the fleet to get in unhindered and try to hit them that way!
I hope this plex is worth it!!! :)

That's really unlikely. I fly an Ishkur in L4's all the time, and often end up with full-room aggro. It's slow but it works; even if I do get hit, my low sig radius and high resists keeps me alive. You might be surprised.
Unless, of course, they have tons of light missiles. I hate the Caldari commander who ordered his battlecruisers and cruisers to fit standard launchers and missiles with 90km+ ranges.

My best bet would be a stiletto with EM/Thermic and speed tank and lots of small drone shield Xfers.
And a shield Xfer BS

This aint like a L4 mate this makes Lv4's look like lv1's its 30+ 1.9mil BS's Opening up on you plus support its also not letting Carriers and Dreads in.....Which means its HARD :)

I did one of the blood raider ones in an apoc with a friend in a megathron.
No loot whatsoever other than the bounties. I don't know if the Sansha ones are the same, but the Blood ones are worthless.

ok i have seen that and done that one with a few people. its not really that bad. what you need to do is use a wolf to tank with. you might think im nuts but if you have the wolf jump in and 3 sec after he went into warp jump in a bs with nothen but armor rep mods and armor rep drones. use the wolf to orbit a can that he can drop or orbit something. the npcs wont hit for nothen but with the missles. it works and you only need 5 people to do this pleax. just get all frig or cruisers out befor you blow up the gate descrambler. that thing is nothen more then a dd for all levels. oh yea and in the 2nd level you will have to kill a station deal that will deploy giga pulse lasers lol have fun with that and the spider drones.
i was one of them with the ail group that did it. i ran a phoon with all armor remote reps lol

Ok Well cheers for the advice :)
The Wolf idea with logistics worked :)
The station in the 2nd section spammed grid wide smartbombs which blew the wolf and the logistics cruiser but thankfully the BS's tanks held and we cleared the plex, thankfully no gigabeams spawned!!
The loot......100 Defender missiles and 100 Dragon FOF missiles.
This makes Puppys cry :(
Bring on the patch, however we did get about 4mil EACH in bountys!

I found one of these a few weeks ago but couldnt get a team together in time to take it on before it disapeared. Sounds like one hell of a lot of risk for no return.
I imagine someone will do one of these and get a rediculously valuable drop... but the odds are aparently so low...

I keep away from the unknown sigs, most of the time they are just not worth the trouble, I have heard that sometimes you get faction loot, but the times I have tried, I have gotten nothing.

Vagabond whit 3-4 logistics BS or faction fited Guardians / Oneiroses , the Vaga must carry an AB and some plates as well as 2 x reps, inject/nos to survive untill the logistics come in . The it's a piece of cake 
EDIT : I see that you finished it , to bad it didn't escalated that's when thigs get nice , i was gonna worn you about the mini DDD  . I think they removed the Gigabeam sentryes when they took out the Pith Rats from Sansha's Fortress

Question HAS to be:
When are these complexes going to be fixed? there is no way that in deepest darkest 0.0 loot like that can be tollerated for pulling a 20man BS gang into what turned out to be a total waste of my Corps time! :|
I mean im not after UBER UBER faction loot everytime, a nice bit of named stuff, some minor BP's or even one or two peices of Minor faction loot makes it just more worth it! :)
As far as I am aware no one who has run these have ever escalated, which is a shame because the teamwork builds and binds the corp far better ready for the PVP Shenanigans later in the day/week
