Hi am i missing something because I can't seem to be able to change my account back into Omega state. There is no warning now when you are getting low on subscription so my account lapsed to alpha clone. Added plex back into vault but now won't add game time. Any one else had this problem and how to fix it? |

did finally find it myself. Was confused that you had to click the Buy Now button that looked like it was for buying plex though it was to buy game time. |

big pain in my arse right there. the latest update even broke the api so evemon doesn't tell me when my accounts expire anymore. although it seems they send emails before your account goes inactive, so I at least see those sometimes. Just waiting for the day I drop to alpha in the middle of combat or something like that.

In this and the OPs regard yes CCP has seriously dropped the ball. Its gotten very confusing to gift and redeem and do things, having to go throught he New Eden Store in order to do things as well as some of the pathway changes for the plex has been very confusing even for me and I have been here since the beginning. Its convoluted and odd now for a lot of very simple features. The account expiry stuff is the worst part imo atm but telling people how to navigate the PLEX stuff would be helpful in some respects.
Now I get Evemon to tell me my account is lapsing even though its paid up. Yeah not great form CCP.
Have you heard anything I've said?
You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

You do not change Omega to Alpha without logging off and back on. Luckely there is a daily restart so people wouldn't just stayed logged in... :)

apparently it's broken and ccp has no plans to fix it as they don't want the API to show account level info
tl;dr: Currently, the XML API endpoint /account/AccountStatus.xml.aspx is returning unreliable data. This endpoint has been officially deprecated since November 2016. Team Tech Co. has decided that this issue is not considered a "critical bug". As such, there are no plans to make changes to the endpoint to fix this issue[

Chainsaw I am well aware of this fact hence the displeasure. With the amount of accounts I have logging in to EACH and every one to see its status is insanity to keep track of payments and spamming my email isnt the right way of doing it either.
Now say logging in to one master to see how much time on each account would be a godsend in this respect even non API. All I want is the time remaining on my subs so I can manage this efficiently.... you know GIVE CCP iskies or monies. Without it its just tedium and stupidity.
