The issue at hand is not that he made said game, its that he is demanding money to remove it and or apologize for making it. I believe someone called it "emotional blackmail."

Please Mr. Government Man put an end to this outrage! How can we live in a society where this is allowed. This is hate speech! This emotional blackmail must be stopped.
In other words, I for one welcome our new goverment overlords. Nanny state ftw.
From what I've seen of western society, a nanny state would be quite a step up.
