Jokes aside, that would be pretty cool but not really needed for the intended use. It doesn't take big ships to kill off a carrier or dreadnaught you know .
But I am always for new ships, especially new classes.

Good damage vs capsized ships but normal damage vs battleships...

Nice idea but that won't solve the problem with Moms and Titans being able to escape due to them being immune to EW.
What about a Capital sized Warp Scrambler which can only be fitted to the 'Juggernaut'?
or a Cap ship Scrambler that can only be fitted on other Caps?

Well Since im not the master of the plan i cannot think for the ppl -_-
But it would counter the EW immunity on MoMs and Titans, but it could use other types of utility like have a massive Cap and Cap regen to use with Neutralizers or you go full out gank with cap scrams that counter EW crap :) but no damn Siegemode!!!!! just a damn nice damage vs CapSHIPS...

What's the bigger problem here?
1. Capital ships are too hard to kill. 2. Captial ships can do too much damage.
For example, when a mothership shows up, does your big fleet run because they know they wont break its tank, and if they try to fight 10-20 of them will die? Are the fighters a bigger threat than the capital ship itself? If you want to even think about killing a mothership, you have to think about stopping the fighters first.
I think there are effective ways to fight a mothership... some have to be strategically ready and knowing they'll battle a mothership. Or, is the only way to counter a capital ship is with another capital ship?
As it stands now, every ship out there can be hindered in someway other than a few capital ships. What we need is a way to hinder capital ships to lessen their effectiveness. And what is their biggest offensive threat? You guessed it, the fighters. Why not jam a mothership to disable some fighters? A new ewar mod that decreases the number of fighters (maybe even all drones too).
Just a thought. Make it a hi-slot... can only fit 1... so 10 ships would make 10 fighters just sit static like a rock.
