Hi
Is there a skill for drones so I can control more than 5 heavies, up to 15, have a battle ship with a vast drone hold

Nope.
And for completeness sake, Advanced Drone Interfacing lets you fit Drone Control Units on your carrier or mothership so you can control more than 10 or 20 respectively, up to 15 and 25 respectively.
That massive drone bay of yours is for fitting spare drones so when players kill your drones you can just bring more and more!

^^ We get to launch 1/3 of the drones because they do 3x as much damage now.
The usual loadout is to bring heavies and mediums, perhaps some lights, as different ones are good for different ships.

Don't forget the connection drops/warp outs without getting your drones in..
But yeah there are only 9 ships in eve atm that can launch more than 5 drones. The carriers with drone control units and the guardian vexor. All you can do is just train up your drone dmg skills to do more with your drones.
