I'm currently in the possession of 12 eve online accounts.. training skills with 90day GTC.. I trade characters to make my living and i currently have 10s of billions of isk!
how i did it.. all started when i pirated one lil ship.
One faction armed faction ship has now put me way up high in the isk owner peoples!
in three months i'll have another 30 odd billion and then the monopoly will grow to around 30 accounts.
Now.. this sort'a shows the over powering ability of alts me thinks -------------------- "this is the templar fighter used by carriers" Originaly quoted by Shania Eria.

Well whilst i admire your drive. I do think making and flogging chard deliberatly for isk is 'out off game' isk manufacturing.
If you had said you traded modules all the way up to 100 billion would have been more impressive.
As a side note - loggin in 30 characters and changing skills must be a giant pain in the gromits

Which reminds me... in real life, people put a lot of money into stock to increase their wealth. In Eve, there is no in-game way of doing so, even though I know you sometimes link to websites that do that sort of thing. They are kind of complicated for someone not dealing with stocks in real life though. :)
So I wonder why we dont have a ingame stock market?

What do you mean?
Its as simple as you can get, by definition, for a stock market.
Open stock.
Click sell.
Put in price. Put in number. Click submit. Send stock to broker.
How could it possibly get any easier? This is EVE we're talking, not Runescape, people aren't total idiots.

Im a complete idiot when it comes to stock, thats for sure. Have no experience at all with it, and there must be tons of people like me out there.
I still havent figured out how to see what stocks are good and how to buy. I guess I need to check out some real life stock sites and try to learn from them if I want to use this one. Not sure I have the patience for that...
Maybe you could invest some isk for me?

Well just like real life, there is no magic fairy telling what stocks are good, what stocks are bad, and what stocks are scams.
You can check their returns on the site if the brokers have uploaded them. Otherwise you can check the Market Discussions forum, where all related discussion goes on.
The main "large IPOs" today are EMFI (0% dividend, recovering from ISS losses), AATP (4-5% dividend), ISSO (5% dividend) , FIN (4% dividend, but secured), BMBE (2-4% dividends, currently embroiled in a scandal) and the new FIN-U.
Businesses are as follows: EMFI = Mutual fund AATP = T2 production ISSO = Various, mostly T2 sales and loans FIN = T2 production FIN-U = Various, including invention and trading BMBE = Loans
People in charge are as follows: EMFI/AATP = Naphtalia ISSO = ISS Alliance (Interstellar Starbase Syndicate) FIN/FIN-U = Eefrit BMBE = Tornsoul

Yeah. :) Seems like a good idea to have it part of the game tbh, it would allow for a much greater interest in the whole thing from the player base.
Since I dont know very much about stock, im looking to you to list the disadvantages of such a thing... --- Eve Wiki | Eve Tribune |

Pretending to be a clueless newb to join a corp - a few days
Wasting everyone's time and good nature by carrying on in a corp like a clueless newb despite not having the acting ability to pull it off very well (yes, you were being watched closely) - a week or so
Being kicked from a corp for above malarkey (and being stupid enough to brag about it on official forums) - instantaneous
Being KOS to that corp's alliance, with extreme prejudice, until they close down the servers - priceless
Might as well reroll now you stinking pile of ****.
