Yup, that that looks like a Crackle to me. Might was to fiddle a little and see if you can't squeeze a Restrained MWD on there instead of a ghastly Compact.
Just be aware that Rapid Lights will shred frigates and destroyers, but is near useless against larger targets.
Also be aware that any sensible frigate pilot is going to avoid you like the plague you are.

Drop one of the EM rigs for another Core Defense field extender. Why? Because you have 3 em resists, the third of which gets appalling low diminishing returns. Meanwhile stacking extender rigs really helps your shield buffer. |

Swap a em rig for an extender, t2 the em rig. They're cheap. Carry some paste and overheat your launchers at all times- they can be repaired in less time than a reload! |
