If you're kicked out of Polaris for staging a questionable event? are you then also banned from Eve entirely?
Is there a general GM\Polaris rule against killing nosey, stupid PVPers?
Stop griping about server instability and go buy an EVE mug!
Additionally with the purchase of each mug you will receive two(2) invisible Elves.

You wouldn't be banned from EVE just for being expelled from Polaris, unless what you did was along the guidelines of causing someone to get banned.
Polaris Volunteers sign a Non Disclosure Agreement form (NDA) when they join Polaris. What they learned in polaris, stays with polaris. They can face legal charges if they were to leak information from which they learned in Polaris.
And regarding the killing of nosey PvPers.. Polaris accounts for the most part are restricted to only using Polaris type ships. Super fast, super agil, super strong. But has no slots, in turn, no weapons. So I doubt they are able to fire on someone, much less destroy them. During an event however they may be in some sort of other starcraft.. but I doubt even then they are allowed to openly engage someone unless it is actually apart of the event.
And.. Why would a GM kill you? They can just teleport you into enemy space and watch to see who comes.. when someone comes he can kill your connection. But that too is against their rules, I'm sure. I think if one were to kill you, he'd have to replace what he destroyed, as a GM isn't to interfere with the persistant ongoing game. Think of a GM as God's hand coming down from the shaded cloudy sky to reach down a ***** someone from the ground, and then to dissapear for forever..
Anyways, don't think they are allowed to kill without reason. Just my opinion.. no facts.

We don't run 'questionable' events. Everything we do goes through several levels of internal approval, and is also approved seperately by CCP.
Anything questionable wouldn't get past stage one.

You don't run events that YOU consider questionable. You might run events that Nostradamus considers questionable

Before I agree with you, I'm going to need you to define the word 'is'...

Let me add that most allegations of abuse of powers or inappropriate behavior by volunteers or GM's are found to be borne of misunderstandings and confusion. We do take complaints and charges of inappropriate actions/behavior very seriously and investigate them immediately.
On those extremely rare occasions when there it was determined that rules were broken, the vol was dismissed. I won't say it has never happened or be naive enough to believe that it won't happen again, but we do believe that small risks of having a loose cannon go off are far outweighed by the good of the volunteer program as a whole.
We have yet to encounter a situation where something was so drastic that it would warrant not only expulsion from the vol program but also the banning of a vol's play account, but I would not shy away from doing that if I felt it was necessary.

OK People, GM/Polaris types, it was just a tongue in cheek off the wall comment, I've never seen and "event" real or fictional; the only multi-colored text types I've ever seen were in the Helpless Channel.
So in closing don't take offense of things I write....go get a Life (real or fictional).
