I'd suggest an AB or mwd of some sort on there, but that's just my thoughts...
Fastest base AF, may aswell take advantage of that if you can.

I would not use AC on a Jaguar -> lack of speed due to high mass, not enough range, ship outmaneuver you easily. Cruiser sized ships NOS u dry, u will not be able to MWD burst and hold range for AC. |

made come tests mair of months ago. not sure of the setup but was something like:
1x mwd ( named), 1x scram ( 7,5km), 1x med regolith shield extender, 1x med extender T2
2x power diag, 1x aux power.
Not sure on high .. i think was 125mm t2 ( barrage) + nos.. not sure
all was quite hard to fit, another good medium setup was:
"mwd, scram, passive kinetic hardener, 1x med extender t2" . Require much les power and u can fit easilly 200mT2 + nos
Both are grat.. the first make less dammage but your tanking is impressive and i was still able to take down some cruisers ( 2 caracall, 1 rupture), but keep in ming that any good cruiser pilot with a decent pvp setup will beat u.

2x Med T2 Shield Extenders rock if you're fighting small stuff. Fit a T2 SPR and PDU II in lows and you'll have a sick little passive tank. Damage will suck though...
