hi cant make my mind up what rigs to fit for missions, i am running passive tank,that is 3 lse and 2 hardners.i cant decide between shield ext rigs or recharge rigs,or a mixture of both.whats best.

Passive recharge on battlecruisers is getting nerfed next patch but recharge rigs are better, it's going from 1250-1400 btw base recharge

I thought command ships had remained at 1250 base and only bc's were changed?

2 Launcher rigs.
Stuff dies faster so you don't have to tank as much.

Or at least it would if rof and dam rigs weren't stacking nerfed with other similar modifiers.

2x CCC (capacitor control console) for more cap regen,
Gist XL afk tank.
True, can't use heavy launchers, but you can fit a full rack of assault launchers to kill the frigates.
so..
high: 6x Assault Launcher
med: 3x hardner, 1x boost amp, 1x gist XL (of your choice)
low: 4x pds, 1x dcu
rigs: 2xCCC
Run the gist xl forever, FoF light missiles forever, giving you plenty of time to blast away with your main in any ship you like.

I use an EM Rig because I get a lot against Sansha's and a Cap use reduction rig for shield boosters.
