I would like to know why ccp puts items in the market (browse) when we are not told when or if these items will be implemented in the game.
This "strategy" makes the game appear unfinished, similar to many alpha early release games.
One example of this is the appearance category. Players have to ask in help chat when or where these items will be obtainable, and the answer people get is "CCP does that". Meaning CCP does not inform their playing costumers about the content of the game.
Because CCP does not inform players about such changes that may be implemented in the future another problem arises and that is how they "represent" the exclusivity of certain items.
At times items can appear to be very rare or exclusive and later in a instance the players find out that that item is now available in large quantity.
When it comes to items that do not effect the game play CCP should inform the players about the items they might have or want to collect.
I am very happy that CCP gives their players items from events that they in the past must have used plex to acquire, but imagine the feeling of those that later find out that they could have obtained a certain item by just farming.
I see no reason why CCP could not create exclusive items and keep them exclusive for long time. If CCP "presents"(because they don't inform) an item as exclusive or rare then they should at least try to keep that item such.
Beter yet, inform the players about the content of the game, even the items that do not effect the game play. |

The other thing to consider is that they do have an inclination to let players themselves discover exactly what has been added, and if they are among the first, to take advantage of it. IMO, patch notes should always be read as if they began with "including, but not limited to" |

Eve is not a "finished" game. It is under continuous development and an accelerated (roughly 5 week) release cadence for the past 2 years. New things are added all the time. The fact that a feature is part of the release build doesn't necessarily mean that it is turned on and visible to players on TQ - things are usually tested on Singularity for a while first.
