Hi
Some of you might know me, most of you probably don't. I'm a recently retired pirate who went production as I felt Tech2 was where the financial egde was gonna be. However, I have yet again changed my path and landed on a much simpler - yet more interesting - side of EVE:
Frigates!
I have obtained every Tech1 Frigate BP there is and am now gathering all of the BPs of modules which may fit onto the above ship class. My plan is to research all of these BPs to acceptable level (ME5 -> 0,3% wastage) and then start copying them with the goal of setting up one "BP-base" with factory per region.
With this foundation I invite you, new and experienced player alike, to join this endeavour. For the new player this will mean an easier way to get a good start in this game, for the experienced pilot there will be combat offered. Myself and a few other friends have already engaged in Frigate combat support operations for a well known pirate corporation (subject to change as member base changes, though).
Members are of course free to do whatever they like and fly whatever they like accordingly at any time. The goal of this all is - at least at this moment - to create a versatile group of smalltime elite fighters. I figured we might help newbs while we get there. Them using the BPs and chat channels cost nothing.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. Till then...

Ps. I would also like to plead one thing immediately. I won't deny that I have a pirate past and that I will engage in pirate activities with my friends as we speak either. Though, I would like to point out we already have a few newbies in our corp who we are helping out. I beg for the people to judge not by the corporation, but by the individual pilots who might have caused you wrong doing. And yes, this might seem hipocritical, but it's the way it is. Ds.

Quote: smalltime elite fighters
I hope you mean elite, PvP skills, not elite skilllevels.
I wish you guys good luck and as much fun as we are having.

might consider IF, ya can assure me that you wont make tha corp into some alliance's hit squad I dont mind merc work, but Im no one's lacky
------------------------------------------------ Tell my tale to those who ask. Tell it truly - the ill deeds, along with the good - and let me be judged accordingly.
If this world was supposed to be friendly CCP wouldnt have wasted time paying the devs to code so many weapons |

Spokesman, yes I am. Elite skills (as in skillpoints) only makes a subtle difference. What really makes the difference on the battlefield is the experience...
Fetty; at the moment no. Myself I despise alliances such as the FA. I plan on being an all independent corp. But this might change as the playerbase changes - it will be an all democratic, all equal corp!

Are you going to try to run the corp with the money it generates on it's own or are you going to back it up with external cash?
The the second option sure will end up in everybody shooting cruismissiles at every prey you find, the first option adds another challenge i think. Also it will stimulate proper pirating I guess.

Edited by: Nightfang on 07/01/2004 00:36:01 For now it is external methods, e.g my wallet. Later on I hope it will be self sufficient. Players are as I mentioned free to do whatever they like, I won't kick no one for strapping on a few mining lasers on an Apoc...
But I agree with you on that external funding isn't really a good thing. I will try n avoid that as far as I can :)
(Everyone using cruise missiles won't be a problem after next patch though with the upcoming nerf)

Edit: Stupid grammatical error

Nightfang.
I was a member of M/F for some time, and later M/C.
The rest of the Mercs have left to fight on the other side of the galaxy (38 hops).
I fly a BB now, but relish the idea of jumping back into those Vigils and Kestrals, we can talk in game, if you are going to opperate close to moi, I would love to join up with you.
Looking forward to some decent PVP fun again like back in the Omri days.

Still looking for more associates!
I am also looking to hire a researcher for a limited period of time (or he/she can stay when the job is completed). The role of this researcher would be helping me get my Blueprints to ME5 and making copies, hence the skills "Mineral Efficiency" is required. "Laboratory Operation" would also help alot.
Contact me if interested, will pay per blueprint researched. If the researcher wishes to combine his/her corporate work with running agent missions from the same station, the station the blueprints are located as belongs to "Republic Security Services"
Thank you /Nightfang
