Man, I can't believe how poorly your op was received by this community. Anyway, I ran into this awhile back, not exactly the same scenario but I had to force myself to budget my time spent ratting/earning money and time spent PvP. If you are losing ships because you are showing up for every fight on the weekends, and can't afford to keep fielding ships, then you need to slow down a bit and focus on yourself. You aren't an asset to your team if you can't bring your A game to the fight.

well one week you can ignore the call and rat (and get shouted at and possibly get kicked out! ) and the other week you can participate in gang op? [JOKE]
actually you can rat for isk during night times.
just rat for 1 or 2 hours. not much ISK there but every little helps.
or get a manufacture alt and manufacture whatever useful and sell them.
