Minmatar strategic cruisers should be able to utilize both a covert ops cloak, and a bank of missile launchers in high slots. So many minmatar pilots choose those ships because they can use armor, or shield, missiles, or projectile weapons relatively effectively. The Loki is sort of a quandary because it disallows you be effectively stealthy, and use missiles simultaneously.
Anyone got any ideas? I'd like to see CCP adopt a set of subsystems that used in conjunction allow for use of missiles, and covert ops cloak, and vice verse with projectile weapons. |

Wait a month. It'll be fixed.
CCP is redesigning all T3Cs, and one of the changes is moving the Cloaky Sub into a Defensive position. |
