I'm looking for some builds on ships that can run MWD forever with capacitator recharge. Does anyone have know the builds for some speed demons?

My crow setup (9700 m/sec)
-3x standard arbalest' missile launcher -1x mwd Gistii, 1x cap recharger II, 1x scramble II -2x overdrive II, 1x best cap power relay
2x rigs reduction mass
(no snake implant, just hardwiring 2x +3% and 1x 5% velocity mwd/ab)

Fuel conservation only helps with afterburners. Also, propulsion jamming to a high level will help a lot when combining MWD and Disruptor (which is what you'll be using 99% of the time anyway).
Take a J5 disruptor and a catalyzed cold-gas/gistii/shadow serp mwd and with all cap skills at 5 (incl. high speed maneuvering and propulsion jamming), you'll be able to sustain both modules without cap skills for quite some time. For rocket crows, it's usually enough to kill other interceptors in that period, cruisers are a bit harder (just turn disruptor and mwd off once in a while to save cap).
small edit: don't forget about the -3/-5% cap required for mwd's implant.

speedfitted curse, well... not completely with capacitor recharge (but for a long time), and while they have cap, you can run with no worries.
Vagabond with -5% mwd cap usage implant, good skills, domination mwd, 1 pdu II
Basically... anything hac/recon with domi mwd, -5% implant and 1 cap mod :)

If you just want a stable mwding frigate, not a viable combat setup;
Executioner
1MN mwd/named Small Cap battery
2 Overdrives
Runs permanently with low skills, dunno what you'd actually need to keep it going really.
