Are there any stations that sell skills in the Great Wildlands? Are there any rats other than Angel rats there? If not, how do players that aren't allowed in empire aquire new skills (aside from using alts)?
I voyaged out there last night and it seems to be quite empty. I hope to find a good corp that lives there and join them.

No NPC stations that sell skills unless a player has brought them there.
No other rats than Angels.
Get a friend to buy them.
Good luck with that.

Courier contracts, corpmates and alts.

Thanks for the quick response. I am thinking I could leave a jump clone at an NPC station in empire that sells skills before my faction drops too low (that way I could always jump back and buy the skill).
Is it really hard to join a corp that lives out there? Thanks for the help.

Most systems I went through had 1, maybe 3 players on. But I probably didn't go far enough in. I went to the Thukker Tribe headquarters and stopped.

previous "owners" or the "major force in region" left the region, that's why it is still pretty empty...
