Well ive deciced that i never really use my alt so shes just sitting in a station doing nothing so maybe its time to move on.
She can Fly all minnie T1 Ships Frig, Cruiser, BS as well as assualt ships, covert ops and industrials.
She can use small t2 auto's and arties, and meds will be trained asap to make her a great hac and recon pilot.
if the skill is purchased she call also fly ceptors, recons and hacs.
very little wasted SP i guess will be nearly 18mil at point of sale.

ive had quite a few questions about this so ill make it clear for everyone im sorry if it was unclear before.
if you buy the Recon Ships, Heavy Assualt Ships and Interceptor SKill they can all be trained immediatly all the base skills for these ships are completed.
so therefore i believe it would take the buyer around 12days to have Hac and Recon lvl4 maybe less.
