CoRM is looking for big and mid corps interested in purchasing a BP copy of the Battleship Scorpion (Caldari).
The price we are asking is 180M cash for each copy (the BP costs 650M).
To assure full production and avaialbilty of Battleships since the day money is given, during the time the copy is made, we build at mineral costs battleships if the corp brings the exact minerals needed in our production facilities.
To avoid possible exploits, we grant the "building battleships at mineral cost" only once the money is given (to avoid corps to say they want a copy, get 2 battleships built at mineral cost and then say goodbye).
If we have full orders and can't assure the production at mineral costs, we advice the corp and ask them to wait (and we don't take any money).
We accept the money ONLY if we can assure the mineral cost production during the time of the copy and we inform the corporation before purchasing about the ETA for the copy to be made (depending if we have other copies in queues).
Since it's not our interest to flood the market with competitors, we will accept only 2 buyers to get back some of the money spent then we won't sell any more copies.
Since this is a major purchase and involves lot of money, trust is a requisite.
CORM is a major corporation of 80 players. We are in the market since day one trading with players and corporations. Our trade partners know we are honest and our prices to be fair. We expect the same from our partners.

Um, don't mean to burst your bubble but last I heard, Battleship BPs take 30 days to copy. Exactly who were you thinking would get the first copy? And the second? and the third?

the main problem i see is that you cant use the BP while youre copying it.
so the mineral deal thing is useless since you need 2 months to copy the BP. in that time you cannot make any ships...

I donŠt think joint ventures on battleships have any chance. Unless you are some very patient people in the corps. 30days to first copy, 30days more to second.
That means Corp one (original) can make ships after 60days.
Corp two after 30days (copy)
Corp three after 60days (copy)
Then add research etc. Corp one should make a copy themselves for production while reseach goes on. Add another 30days ;)
Oh ye...copys will flood the market in no time..or..by xmas maybe.
If they can afford 180mio now, less than 30days after release. I bet in 30days they can al afford 650mio. So why wait on copy when you can get original? ;)

i see u everywhere shin...and good point, besides, people wont send 180mill to a corp, not that large amount of money, also 60 day wait? hell no, in 60 days of waiting u can get ur OWN original and start making before u would even get a COPY in a join buy
