Me and a few corp m8s are thinking or organising a Race that will take place atleast once a week. It is not so much as race as it is a tresure hunt. We are just wondering how many of u good ppl of eve are interested in it. For more info post here or msg me ingame.

I'm a little confused why you've created 2 threads in the same forum tho :p
You might also want to look through the rest of the event forums for details of previous races, and what comments/ ideas people put forward..

Me and Silphy were the ones who came up with this idea. contestants are given a pass code + location of a secure container. when they find the container. inside will be a book mark which shows the next location + the new passcode of a container etc. several containers will be used. We will have a corp mate standing by with more bookmarks incase any rebels decide to steal the bookmark inside to stop the others getting further.

lol looks like calamaster got here b4 me. Nice to know a few ppl are interested. So yes basicly it is a treasure hunt to find the prize. To get the pass for the next can u will have to answer a ridle about eve. the very first pass will be given so dont worry about being left behind at the start. all riddles will bill easy to answer ingame. Me and cala will get going setting it up. I will give updates. so hang around

More like questions than riddles. eg. how many turret slots down an armageddon have? Answer: seven. so the next pass code would be seven. P.S we will not be using numbers.

Well At the Moment we are planning out the locations. but we have to know some things. like how much entry fee is. obviously we cant afford to keep giving away ISK. so depending on the entry fee will depend on the amount of isk as a prize. + how many people enter.

The prize will be how ever much we get in from the entry fee (which will start at 500k, and when we start getting more players then the fee will go down) at the moment we are a waiting calamaster getting his internet back up (he recently moved house and the compnay are having trouble sending him it) The EVE Tresure Hunt is still in planning stages. now 0.0 we had a think about having it in 0.0 but that may cause ppl to get shot down and eing out of the hunt which i few ppl think may be a bit unfair and could stop ppl attending. Plz keep ur posts coming in with wot u think and pl tell us wot u think about having it in 0.0.

ok to all that are interested the Dreamsmiths Race/Treasure hunt is now vcery near to completetion. If it works out then it should be good fun 
Final preperations are being made and it should be up by next weekend
