NeuroGEN is currently seeking combat oriented pilots with at least one month of experience for employment.
What is NeuroGEN? (Roleplay Concept) On the surface, NeuroGEN is a biotech company dedicated to the development of legal drugs and non-surgical implant technology. Its research also focuses on improving capsule technology to make it more accessible to humanity. While the company is genuine in its interests, these goals are merely a legitimate front for more...unsavory activities.
NeuroGEN's true purpose is rebuilding Sansha's Nation and destroying the enemies that tore the once prosperous nation apart. Recruiting loyal agents of the Nation under the nose of the enemy, the company will use whatever means necessary to undermine Sansha's betrayers while rebuilding the Promised Land outside the jurisdiction of CONCORD. However, the company must retain an air of legitimacy lest it suffer the same fate as its leader, Sansha Kuvakei.
What does NeuroGEN do? (Gameplay) From a simple perspective, NeuroGEN is a loosely organized NBSI (not blue, shoot it) corporation with roleplay oriented goals, plenty of targets, and opportunity for political intrigue. Players are free to pursue most avenues of gameplay with some notable exceptions including scamming and gatecamping. Teamwork and solo hunters are welcome, and company projects are never mandatory assignments.
Building is handled by individual producers rather than the company, with private capitalistic endeavours through internal sales. There are no freebies or handouts, and our members are expected to use their abilities(and teamwork, if necessary) to earn a living. However, the leadership always encourages camaraderie through teamwork amongst its fellow employees in achieving their goals.
NeuroGEN aren't just a group of mindless zombies killing and rampaging through the universe. Where we differ from traditional corporations is in our focus on developing Sansha's Nation through roleplay-oriented goals and projects. We are dedicated players who enjoy all aspects of EVE, including its rich fiction and background.
What is Roleplay? NeuroGEN is a roleplay oriented corporation that encourages greater immersion beyond what players may experience in traditional companies. It is for this reason that we discourage our members from discussing "real life" topics in local and public channels. You don't have to 'dress up' or 'talk funny' to play a role, but an effort to get involved in the universe will go a long way. If you're new to roleplay or may be interested in immersing yourself further, NGN has many experienced roleplayers who always enjoy helping others get involved. Below are some player concepts for potential applicants looking to join NeuroGEN:
Mercenary - A hired hand looking to serve the cause and their wallet simultaneously. Nation refugee - Family may have lived in the Nation and harbor resentment against the Empires for fallen members. Fanatic - A true believer in the vision of Sansha Kuvakei Brainwashed Victim - Nation agents have kidnapped them and scrambled their minds to be faithful servants.
The possibilities are endless.
Are you NeuroGEN material? (Employment Pre-Requisites) All applicants will be interviewed and evaluated for key qualities that reflect the atmosphere and attitude of the organization. We are seeking ambitious pilots with at least one month of experience who work well with others and possess a professional gameplay ethic. A sense of humor helps too! Candidates must also be reasonably active and be of sound mind. Positive references from prior employers can greatly increase ones chance of being accepted.
