On Saturday June 16th, the band will be joined by THE STREETS and RODRIGO Y GABRIELA.
On Sunday June 17th they will be joined by MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE and BIFFY CLYRO.
Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe will also be spinning the tunes between sets for the whole weekend.

That is ofcourse your opinion. However, My Chemical Romance probably is the worst of the many EMO/Nu-metal/crap bands out there. I would pay NOT to not have to see them.
Muse rocks though, saw them at Roskilde Festival a couple of years ago, awesome show.

Hmm i dont really understand people problem with MCR, its great music, as long as you don't go "OMG EMO U SUX!!" I like it for a reason, and given that the streets lack the ability or even the common sense to actually sing at any point i know which i prefer.
The streets just sound like a love child between a chav and bad poet.
MCR were always going to be a support act anyway, only a fool wouldn't have seen it coming.
Either way MUSE rule the earth.

Ive not heard a band that sound like MCR really, i mean they tend to be quite individual, people who go EMO EMO at them and say they are **** are usually people who have either not actually listened to the songs, or who have prejudged them based on the "emo culture"
I mean i like Foo fighters, franz feridnand, Muse, MCR, JT(most of the time), the Killers, pendulum and various dance or dnb songs i find around.. its all just music to me.

QFT. I don't hate them because I go "EMO EMO EMO MUST DIE". I hate them because I've listened to them (Kerrang never stops playing them) and thought "My god, what an irritating whiny song". I'm not an Emo hater (there are a handful of good bands that fall under that genre), I just think MCR are a middle-of-the-pack self indulgent band who's music I find irritating.
Then again, I don't actually like The Streets either. Muse need better taste in support bands!

Muse support acts should be something like 80s Matchbox B-line disaster or some weird post-rock group that does similar soundscapes.
I don't know what it is with support acts these days, its more about labals bartering with each other than it is anything else.
I went to see The Icarus Line the other day, they were supporting the Leminheads.... THE LEMONHEADS?! The fan bases are so far appart its not even funny. We didn't even stay to see them headline.
...and Chicks on Speed supporting Red Hot Chillie Peppers?!

My Chemical Romance really are not a bad band. Yea ok, Gerrard Ways vochals nd lyrics are a bit whiney nd somewhat emo, but he is an incredible frontman/showman. And if you don't like the lyrics (which I dnt really) if you listen to the actual music backing them up, you'll hear they are a very tight band, with some pretty cool riffs nd licks in there, got a very rock n roll undertone about them.
Besides which, you gotta kind of respect them at least, they wanted this (a carreer in music) so much, and they got it, through nuttin but persaverance nd a belief in their own music, and I really admire that.
