I really did enjoy playing with EVE however the g/f and I have switched over to WoW for the faster gameplay and less tedious play. I enjoyed Eve greatly and it may bring me back one day but for now WoW's gameplay is just much more attractive to my playstyle. Well, I hope you all gank many a hauler and camp the gates plenty (those damn bears need thier losses). Crinos Childflayer	Posted - 2007.05.21 19:24:00 - [7] Well, joining a few of my buddies there and after a couple weeks sitting in station in 0.0 cause I had no way to go out and do anything. If you haven't tried WoW then you wouldn't really understand. The same aspects of teamwork (esp. if you're all in the same room or have vent), it's also just a lot more relaxed. Not nearly as much clickage, and the lag difference AHHHHHHHHH...... But, nothing against Eve, I love it, I'll probably be back in a couple months or so. Simple aesthetics are good too, rather than Space. Station. Ship. Station. Space. Rock. Station. Ship. Rock. Station. Gate. Station. Rock. Station. For EVE making a 10-15 jump trip I just find horribly irritating and 50+ is a freaking nightmare. In WoW I enjoy being able to hearthstone back to a city or take a flight trip to the next area. Even if I have to travel, theres combat easily accessable as well as the terrain. The environments are just really well constructed, (to me graphics like this are a big deal) and the game world is just beautiful. I do find the PvP system quite lacking though, and I miss the aspects of Eve like that. It's just a nice break from the (as WELL said above) heart-attack-inducing gameplay. In either case, I really don't think I'm perma-gone, just gotta do something different thats a bit more rewarding. http://www.eatbabies.com Is that appropriate? :) -Crinos

It's an endless grind (Well, to lvl 60 really) and after that it's an even bigger grind to get all those epic items and stuff. It's really really repetitive. Also, pvp doesn't get you anything except some facion points. You don't get any loot, you don't lose any loot. It's quite boring since there's no real reward...

WoW is great for pve but the Battlegrounds are boring with a whole 3 maps. The older servers get bloated with inflation. The limited PvP in WoW sucks and there is no progression or depth and it's full of incompetent players that spoil the gaming experience for you (I rank incompetance as my warlock outhealing 3 priests in a two hour long raid). /wow moan off "If you had a gang of 81127 kestrals you could alpha strike Tranquility Server into a smoking hole in the ground"

If i ever see another furbolg again, it'll be too ******* soon.
