My eve is bugged :
- I have no overview : not no neutrals or not something, I have nothing shown on overview. Unlog/ relog, tryied to reload 10 times the presets, close/open/close/open...
- I have no ctrl-q (alt tab / rigth clic close is the only way to quit eve fast).
Oh and I'm mute on TS I don't know why too. Great... :)

This Happened to em when i first started. Nothing I tried would fix it. Only thing that worked was a re-install of the client.

Try clearing the cache (rename the cache folder).

the only time i've ever used ctrl-q is hitting it by mistake trying to press ctrl-a. i'd be delighted if it stopped working :(

same with me, i unbound CTRL-q so it doesnt happen anymore

delete your cache folder.

Open the overveiw right click overview (below seletced item window)
Load defualt, worked for me when i had this problem, saved ahving to set all the graphics and stuff up.

Yeah, esc "quit game" feels more old school anyway 
And overview smomeerview. You can see the stuff around you fine 
But if you really want a quickquit(weird...), try alt+f4.
