The corporation is now selling stocks to all who are interested.
The revenue generated from these stocks will go toward funding corporate blueprints and other essential items to keep the corp running.
These stocks pay out dividends on the 10th of each month of 10% of the taxes collected.
Here is the stock information:
Corporation: Knapp Industries
Share Price: 1 Mil Per share.
Number of shares left: 4000
Tax: 10%
Corporation Description: Producer of Ships, Weapons, and Ammunition. Providing systems with bad market a stable one, creating income.
Payout: 10% of corp tax on the 10th of each month.
Knapp Industries is selling 4,000 shares for 1 million isk each. Each share will have a dividend of 10% of the purchase price, or 100,000 isk. The dividend will be paid on the tenth of each month.

How does this:

10% dividends means you will be paying 400M a month. If this really comes from 10% of your corp tax and your corp tax is also at 10% then your corp members collectively earn over 40B isk a month. In which case: why the IPO? 
I'm assuming something has been lost in translation here, but I think you'll need to provide a lot more (and slightly more coherent) information if you want to get any serious takers.

I sensed great fun could of been had by all, if the OP hadnt purged his post.
I find it very intresting too, that the forum he listed in his intial post was only created in the last day or so.
