Before i start i have never flown a minmatar ships much less a hurricane and i am doing this to help my friend as well. I have a myrm which i will start training (weapon wise) soon.
PLEASE READ ALL OF IT BEFORE COMMENTING
Myrmidon: Highs 4x Heavy Electron Blaster II 2x medium diminishing nos
Mediums: 1x medium cap injector 1x 10mn MWD I 1x 'Langour' Drive disruptor (web) 1x Faint Warp Prohibitor (20k scram) 1x low frequency sensor suppressor I (sensor damp)
Low: 1x damage control II 2x Medium Armor Repairer II 1x Armor Explosive hardener II 1x Armor kenetic hardener II 1x Armor thermic hardener II
Drones: 5x Orge II's OR mediums (Havnt decided whats better yet)
All the named stuff is because of heavy fitting issues and i managed to get it with just 1.0 CPU left My questions for the myrm is 1. In all the threads ive read a viable myrm killing tactic is to stay out of range using a MWD. This works well for a hurricane and other minmater ships because of speed. Now will the damp on the myrm be strong enough to force a BC (of any race) to 10km and below or do i need to make a heavy sacifice somewhere to have a stronger damp which will work better this way? OH and would sensor boosters completely waste the idea of damps?
2. Assuming i can force a BC into 10km and under range would heavy drones be a good idea for DPS at very short distance so i am able to recall them? (This assumes that i can web and the ship wont outrun the heavy drones like a hurricane is possible of doing) OR would mediums be a better option? (But would there DPS not be enough?)
Assume skills are not an issue but please no 350mil setups :P Please suggest/comment
Hurricane: I have read many threads for this damn ship :P yet it seems almost no-one uses arty cannons. I have gone and setup this artycane with little knowledge so bear with me please
Highs: 2x assault launcher II 6x 650mm artillery cannon I
Med: 1x warp disruptor 1x Target painter II 1x tracker computer II 1x 10mn Afterburner II
Lows: 1x damage control II 1x medium armor repairer II 2x gyrostabilzer II 2x (not sure) but for the moment two EANM II
From what ive seen a hurricane is more of a gank ship but setups are close range gank ship. Assume this hurricane was in a small gang 2-6 but still wants a scram. Whats the best long rangearty setup to do as much freakin damage as possible and go fast enough to dictate range (so prob MWD?)
Question: 1. Why does no-one use arty? 2. Why are AC so good? 3. Are autocannons good all round or only for solo?
It is likely these ships will be used together so keep that in mind.
Thanks for all comments PLEASE if you want to flame suggest a way to make it better as well. I am fully aware i am a NOOOB and have absolutely nothing in pvp experiance so dont be to harsh, if ur going to comment make it a worthwhile one. Make ur posts as long and detailed as you want!!!

not to sounds like an ass, but why not add your comment to one of those instead of starting a new topic.
Sensor boosters dont waste the idea of damps, you prob gonna have more than one on you. But thats not to say a sens booster isn't a bad choice of mid slot to catch ppl. Back to damps though, dont fear the reaper, if your gonna get damped, your gonna get damped....
Drones? You need not rely on them for dps.. so get creative 
Arty canes work. Sure. But teh nature of the bc role in pvp generally put you in a close range position. Snipe is possible! If thats the way you wanna go, but she shines as an AC boat.

I did not believe i would get the answers i am looking for if i did that and i wanted to fully state everything...i thought a new topic would be a clean better idea.
Im looking to damp the target so it cant lock me until its in web range in which case their is a high chance i'd win.

you can use 4xogre II and 5xwarrior II for scaring fast thing, its going to drop your dps a bit but when some one pop one of your ogres you have spare and you have a real tackler hitting toll.

alot of everything is based on style and preference.... As for the questions that have good solid answers.
Heavy drones do twice the damage of medium drones. Since your using t2 ogres... your drones are your primary damage dealers. If you want range and speed that mediums can move out to and be called back on... What good will your electons be?.... Ogre IIs are the only way to really go.
As for AC and artillery.... AC does far more damage than artillery. setting in full damage mode in AC vs arty is gonna most likely be something like 450 DPS vs 200 DPS.
