The way I see this, at Level 1 requires 100% of Escrow, and Level 5 should be 0%
However today, I placed a buy order for 911 Million Isk - and it took 223,514,000 isk out of my wallet to place into Escrow
Why is this?

it's 100% *0.75*0.75*0.75*0.75*0.75 (5 levels) = 24% or so

Doesn't fit, he would have to pay then 216.185 then.
Skills never multiply with each other. For example lvl 5 in a -5% skill gives you a -25% reduction, not a -22.62% reduction.

Yes, as Estel said, the Margin Trading skill multiplies with itself. So yes, at level V you'd have to pay 23.7% of the escrow value in advance, excluding any taxes and fees. It even says so in the skill description.

Ah, true. With that included the numbers fit almost perfectly.

And as New Soi said, it indeed says so in the description. I overlooked the "cumulatively".
