He lacks drone skills but 2 million sp in drones should get you t2 meds, lights, and heavies with most supports lvl 4. He also has -3.7 sec status which can be raised quickly, he is near a trade hub aswell for quick ship access. Skills Skills Attributes Attributes Sale Details: Starting bid: 500mil Reserve: none Buyout: 5 bil minimum bid incriment: 100mil Finish Date: 48 hours from now Ingame offers will be considered but all ingame offers must be posted on the forums if you wish to be in with the sale, the sale will go for the full 48 hours before selling unless the buyout is offerd.
