CEO Statement:
Delictum 23216 is an Ammatar paramilitary organisation. It was formed
by Lord Scagga and a cadre of dedicated pod-pilots 6 months ago.
Delictum 23216 was created to defend the Mandate and to recover the 'terra
irridente' - the lost lands of the so-called 'Republic'.
Delictum 23216 exists to fight the rebellious heathens who have
infected the soul of the Matari people. It wishes to unite all the Matari
tribes in peace. It does not recognise a sovereign 'Minmatar state',
proported to be in control of the Mandate's territories in Heimatar,
Metropolis and Molden Heath.
The watchwords of the organisation are Devotion, Fanaticism and
Tenacity. Delictum 23216 will fight for the soul of the Matari people against
any odds. Frequently outgunned and outnumbered, they stand for all that
is best in Matari culture and against the corruption that the
Federation and the rebels have spread so far.
The organisation draws support from a wide base, from Ammatar nobles
such as the house of Marek, to specially trained and loyal slaves and
penitent rebellious heathens and even foreigners who wish to atone for
their sins.
Delictum 23216 has been engaged in wars against the rebels in the lost
territories of the Mandate. Around 3 months ago, raids were conducted
against the Namtz'aar k'in. Despite being outnumbered at least ten to
one, Delictum 23216 was able to inflict damage on the rebels.
Engagements with the Namtz'aar k'in have become less frequent, but
another rebellious heathen 'loyalist' faction, the Electus Matari, remain
at war. So far, each side have only engaged in skirmishes, keeping their
distance from each other, but clearly this state of affairs cannot
last.
Delictum 23216 enjoys the support of many Empire organisations and is
active in Domain, Devoid, Derelik and Providence. Delictum 23216 is
currently consolidating it's position in the Derelik region. After a long
period of decline, the fortunes of the Mandate are on the rise.
Keepers of Knowledge Observations:
The Ammatar corporation Delictum 23216 has a moderate IGS presence and is usually represented by Scagga Laebetrovo the CEO. The corporation is in a state of ceasefire with long-time enemy Electus Matari and has recently assisted other Amarr corporations in their wars. Current membership appears to be on the rise and the corporation seems to have high morale.

A very interesting piece, Recordkeeper.
I would be interested in hearing from a representative of Delictum 23216 regarding their opinion of this piece.

If you noticed, the bulk of the piece is Delictum's own mission statement.
Presumably, they intend to do the same to other groups, thus avoiding accusations of bias. Pretty clever - let the groups describe themselves.

I am glad that our corporation has been represented so. This piece merely states facts not opinions so hopefully will bot attract too much controversy

If you remember, they did start their mission by asking everyone to describe themselves. So yes, it seems pretty clear they will walk this road, except for the cases that have not described themselves and which they said they would investigate.
