We pride ourselves in getting a lot of kills and minimal losses. Over the past couple months some recruits left, some stayed. Now we have an active core of pilots. PVP in NFF mainly consists of fast roaming gangs of recons hacs and commandships. Sometimes we fit out battleships to break up camps or pirate, so having good amount of skill points in battleships and t2 cruisers is essential. Requirements 1) 15 Million Skillpoints combat oriented, exceptions made for dictor pilots. Specialization is key. We aren't looking for applicants that have HAC skill to lvl 2, or cap skills at lvl 1. PVP and 00 experience to back it up. 2) Mic and Teamspeak 3) Self Sufficient 4) Ability to fly at T2 Cruisers and have skills to t2 fit BS's for short range (including t2 large guns) 5) Activity Level - 2 hours per day, though rl stuff comes first. The purpose of this requirement is so we don't waste time recruiting people that just log to change skills. If you plan to take time off Eve let us know. 6) Good navigation skills. Run ins with camps and blobs happens frequently so being able to avoid them is crucial. 7) Age Requirements - 17 years 8) Trial Period - 2 weeks 9) Interview - You may be required to have an interview with a recruiting officer according to your timezone.
