Is it actually named 'Damaged cloaking device'?
Or is it just a cloaking device, that got damaged?

If you found it in a cosmos system it'll be required by an agent or something somewhere in that cosmos. No doubt its worth something to the right people.

its a cosmos mission needed item, I used it to finish a mission out near Nak a few months ago. try putting it up on the market escrow and see if you get any bites. it was a rather easy fight if I remember right.
