T2 BS means BS 5 to pilot it. No way. This idea is for a T1 semi-capital ship (T1 skill reqs, capital component construction) using modules that can be trained for without millions of SP in level 5 skills.
The capital scourge needs to be met, and if it can only be met by more capitals, then the "30,000 Players" of EvE becomes "2,000 players and 28,000 spectators".

I whole heartedly agree with Reggie we do not need ships that require all but a few of the dreadnougt skills to fill this whole. We need stuff that takes BS 4 and Advanced spaceship command skills. Ideally the X-L weapons should not have required lvl 5 but a advanced Gunnery and Advanced launcher skill.

How about 'Ironclad'
I know it was the forerunner to the dreadnoughts but what the hey in RL (rl)battleships would kick the crap out of (rl)dreadnought so nevermind the rl connotations i think it sounds cool.
