I've received an in game eve mail from the winning bidder stating he cannot meet the payment timeline as he stated he would he with this response. I'm pretty upset that he has wasted my time and everyone else's time that took a moment to bid on this auction. Therefore I offer the character to the next highest bidder at his bid.
