If you really care about what's going on...
The Amarr Empire is heading towards Civil War. Just observe the signs so far:
1 - The Emperor decides to visit all planets as a publicity stunt.
2 - One of his ships that ferried retainers gets blown up in a mysterious way. An inside job perhaps? Is he not in control of his security forces?
3 - Somebody leaks info about an orgy that had the ruling elite as participants.
You know, things like these don't happen without reason. There is a faction in the Amarr government that wants the ruling family removed. They even have people working for them inside the inner circle. Every ruler has orgies, but you don't read about those in the news because they have their people who keep it secret.
Somebody in the inner circle got dissatisfied and is trying to paint the Emperor and the other families as inept or immoral. Let's not forget that religion plays a significant role in Amarr society, just imagine the backlash from all the devoted believers if they find out that their leaders have secret orgies.
This new turn of events does not bode well for the Amarr Empire, I can see the storm coming already. There will be war, mark my words. Civil War is inevitable.

the signs for war in eve has been around for 2 months just have to keep your eye's open... amarr may go into civil war and gal v cal will be coming soon(tm) but hey i got ship with gunz so im ready

What will a war mean exactly? A free for all between any Gallente and Caldari in any sec?

I think they're trying to make it look like Kor Azor ( new head of Kor Azor famly that is ) is a member of the *gulp* Blood raider cult. I mean, what else could they have done to that girl in a cathedral, she needed medical attention !!!

oh dear, you have yet to meet the woman who will show you ... pastimes that might result in requiring medical attention.
besides, Gallente are known sissies, you should go to a good Brutor party - by Gallente standards EVERYONE would require medical attention after one of those.. but I guess weŚre just tougher bastards. ;)

Bah, too obvious, the caldari will be caught stealing secrets from their allies the jove and in the attack that follows are forced to call upon the help of their former allies the gallente to avoid total annihilation.

My guess the chaps in grey suits will sort this out before the guns start blazing and we move onto the next interesting bit of news that has no real impact on the world of eve.
Lets hope i am wrong.

If we use history as a teacher here, NOTHING will happan and Eve will continue to be a cross between a mining sim and Unreal Tournament in Space.
I mean come on, lets look at the supposed "content" we have seen so far (in no particuler order).
1) Protien Delacacies = Stoopid Gallente Children
2) Criele (spelling) = Big glowing ring thingy
3) Jove show up and give some dude a miner 5 wich is promptly taken back by CCP.
4) Amarr orgy in a church
5) Other various Amarr Emperor things
6) Malfunctioning gates (really a bug but CCP decides to make it look like content)
Did I miss anything?
Point is, this game is weak in the "Content" department. Which is pretty sad, because this game could be one of, if not the best game ever but only if they add the content the players and the game itself is screaming for.
I mean look at the Eve Chronicals section. Content like that could make this game incredible.

true it is lacking in content ( greatly )
back in the beata days when i first found this site ( was told by a friend ) i spent 2 weeks reading... the forums and background info .. 2 whole weeks of reading 4-8 hours a day. ( im a slow reader so sue me )
eve is change'ing some systems ive noticed a fwe diff things .. wont say what but theya re adding new stuff each downtime.../ Patch

I think it has something to do with a punishment for ecliptical as this happened on eclipticum and evryone knowes he is an exploiter...the truth is out there
