Hi everyone. I'm new to EVE and am looking forward to exploring all of the opportunities available. I still need to figure out what I'm going to do- so consider this an opportunity to explain why what you do is best!

Hy newb what i do is best cuz you can't beat blowing up a enemy fleet (70 ppl) and laying siege to their starbases

Well i do what is fun for me.And its pvp in 0.0 + making isk for pvp.

What I do is best because I do it :) me, myself :) no one else.
It means it's fun and am having a good time. So there.
Oh, please give me isk :D or extra items you have absolutely no need for. I know some orphans in need of stuff. Hehehhehehehe.

Actually I was thinking about eventually forming a corporation that trafficked in neutrality in 0.0 space.. This is to say that we charged exhorbitant fees to move high value items from one sector to another- I just cant help it, I work as a UPS manager in real life- and I think delivery has a future in EVE.
PS Obviously I have only been on EVE since Friday- and I probably have no idea how politically unfeasible that is. That said I think that everyone has a price in an ultra capitalist world like EVE.

Hi and welcome to eve :D
You can do that to a limited extent already, if you can afford a small amount of t2 items, travel to a NPC station in 0.0, avoid all the gatecamps and roaming patrols on the way, and put them up for sale on the local market, t2 sells expensive and like the **** in 0.0 :D

If you can, try to get out of the newbie corp before heading out. Some of the locals tend to get trigger twitchy around newbie corp members in 0.0 as possible ISK farmers.
Even a one man corporation will spare you quite a bit of headache on the run through the pipes.

I started off running missions - that was pretty good, but it became too easy after a while.
I also had a career as a broker, working on the trade channels and buying and selling on behalf of others. Good money for a noob, but not by my current standards. It taught me a hell of a lot about the game, though.
Then I did market strategy for an industrial corp, that was a lot of fun.
Now, I PvP, run the occasional mission, trade, that sort of thing.

The practice of moveing high demand goods from one place at a low price, to anouther place and selling higher is probaley one of - if not the most profitable and efficent means of makeing isk in Eve, it does require a little bit of startup capital to be worth doing though, the plus side is its easyley doable in empire (safe) space.
(allthough it is sureley even more profitable in 0.0, the quantitys are lower, so it probaley ballances out)
It is politically very feasable, it all hinges on getting into a corp that is based in 0.0, either as part of an alliance, or as a resident.
Train up some more skills, and more importentley get used to the game, and try your hand at tradeing in safe space.
