4 Years in game, never has a faction spawn dropped nothing but a tag... always some ammo and mods... ALWAYS. Sometimes much nicer things.
The loot tables have been adjusted yet again.

ive got nothing special off any cruiser or frig sized faction spawns for a while now.
tags and ammo baby, tags and ammo (and never the good ammo either) |

I got a snake beta from a mordu legionair in a belt.
and I sold it for 2 million isk.

It's tradition. Drops suck. Always have. Always will. I'd rather have the money.
By the way...don't things in Hell sizzle and fry? It takes a cold damp place to rot...doesn't it?
(Don't mind Tippia, other than pointing out the vapidly obvious, she/he/she/it doesn't have much to say...
but sure types a lot.)

Sorry my sweet, I am bitter since no drops for almost 3 months. I know they have always sucked, but they suck alot more now.

I suspect the changes get played around with on the server every so often. Especially as more than a few of incursion fleets are "shiny" these days.
From what I understand however, NPC Nullsec space has the best chance of drops in a DT to DT period. Likely due to the fact that large power blocks arent as prevalent out there so farming an area all day is less of an option.

I got a hangar full of faction mods from exploration and I am too lazy to sell them.
I did just fill up a Navy Issue Commet with Shadow Serpentis armor mods - and I doing it wrong? |

Let's see...most fun things were Daredevil BPC's on back to back nights from the same 0.5 system.
Also picked up a Snake Delta in the Serpentis side of Worlds Collide, about 2 weeks before the speed nerf. That was sad watching it crash in value.
Not sure what OP is talking about. Seems like the contract market is always filled with stuff from belt rats and, or course, plexes. |

I had enough faction drops even in basic hi sec roid belt rats and even some in missions.
Plus you can have free hi sec T2 salvage by helping miners out of misery as well. In that case the drop rate is quite nice. |

Ever tried to leave that safe little system of yours?! You get faction/deadspace drops from every deadspace complex out there. I have never completed at 6/10 plex whitout a faction cruiser bpc drop or some faction mods.

No one noticed the obvious troll here? He had a Serpentis implant drop from a caldari rat....
But more to the point there has been a loot table nerf, we are actually seeing officers drop nothing but tags and ammo now and that used to NEVER happen, you ALWASE got either a good mod and some random faction stuff, or a crappy officer mod and 4-8 other standard faction modules. And no, 1/10 plex loot from high sec plex's count neither as exploration nor faction spawns |
