ok. got this idea from a mapping forum, where you have to guess a hud. here its just a quote we need to guess. the one guessing it, will then come with a new one, for others to guess, and so on. ill start.

I think you may need to tighten up on the competition, guess a quote is kinda wide, maybe specify it down to sci-fi novels or computer game dialogue? And I guess it needs to be reasonably famous? Also can't people just google the quote?
And actually guess the hud sounds more fun, more visual I guess. Make it guess the computer game from a screenshot maybe.
Anyway having ripped right into the whole idea, as a complete stab in the dark guess how about Al Capone?
