Also if you require a few facts about high security research POS's keep these in mind:
A POS with the required standings may be anchored. Standings will not be needed until you decide to reanchor the POS.
5.0 standing required for a 0.5 system, 6.0 standing for a 0.6, and 7.0 for a 0.7.
A Caldari Small POS can have up to 3 Mobile Labs. (3 ME, 3 PE, 1 Copy, 5 Invent for each lab)
Scams on forums are prohibited and will result in a ban. 
Standings do not change unless somebody with standing with the faction joins the corporation. Also as stated above the POS will continue to remain operational even if the corp's standing is reduced.
Past Corp Auction
How Transaction will be carried out:
1.) Buyer will contact me will discuss the location of the POS & fueling supplies for the POS)
1a.) I will refer the buyer to a fuel provider
1b.) Buyer contacts his own fuel provider
2.) I will rent an office at desired location & buyer will join corporation (no roles given)
3.) If Buyer provides his own POS/labs we will trade with each other & I will play an equal collateral of that of the POS/labs.
3a.) I will provide the labs/POS ordered by the buyer (will be paid back on transaction)
4.) I will Anchor & Online all of the modules of the POS. Buyer will oversee the process & select where to place them. Once he is satisfied we proceed to the next level.
5.) Buyer will transfer isk to me (including the collateral I have provided for the POS materials.
6.) I will give the role of CEO over to the buyer ( I will have no roles within the corp so I cannot touch anything afterwards. Also I have no alternates in the corp)
7.) In 24 hours I will promptly leave the corp.
8.) Transaction complete
***This corporation has no enemies/friends and has been made for this specific sale.
***I will not scam anyone for this amount of isk. I will be risking the reputation of 2 of my characters so scamming is not on my mind. However if it does make you feel better; I will get banned if I indeed scam.
