I looked in the 2007 update but did not find any T1 fitted PvP Tempests so here I am. Hope to hear from you soon. [Missed a few letters]

I used to use: 6x dual 425mm II 2x Heavy Diminishing Nos 1x 100mn MWD II 1x Cap Injector II 1x Fleeting Web 1x Disruptor II 1x Sensor Booster II 2x LAR II 3x Active Hardener IIs 1x DCU II 3x Armor Rep Amount Rigs Insane tank wise, but poor dps. Another setup which i seem to prefer is the dual 650mm with a PG rig, and the same setup, considerably more DPS, marginally less tank. It'd be worthwhile training rigging skills to a high level though if you're gonna use armor rigs, otherwise you'll be going pretty slow.
