I was traverling through placid low sec today when i came across three player controlled serpentis characters in Covert ops frigs (Helios) i follwed them from Vey solar system to the Dour soloar system where they docked and "made there deliveris"
After waiting outside of the station me and my corpmate managed to tackle one down and kill him, the rest of them disapeared shortly.
Does any one know how often they travel around placid, the one we killed had some allright mods on :)

We have seen a few of Cobra Squad, a Serpentis squad consisting of usually 3 Vigilants and 3 Taranis' - We've bumped into them twice, and caught at least one or two. I have to say I'm dissapointed at the fact that the Pirates jumped into High sec when we were on their tail - Like the Federation would ever put up with that.
Still, good fun.

Currently Serpentis are engaged in a new drug trade that they use to destabilize the planetary population in Placid. The drug is called "Rise", if you search these channels you'll find various leads about this.
The main source for information and person to contact about this is Vorada Kuvakei as specified in this thread. I also suggest that you report the engagement here.
Aparently the Serpentis also try to move in capital ships as a CYI patrol once had to bust a group of Serpentis creating a Cyno field. Handle them with extreme care. If you need help, feel free to contact us in our public channel called "PlacidReborn", we can usually mobilize forces quickly.
They usually are travelling after 20EVE, but we still try to determine a pattern. If you can supply the time if your engagement I'd be thankful.

Serpetnis does seem to have lotsa events ingame.
