i was trying to find a myrmidion setup to rat hunt with in 0.0 and still be able to pvp in it.
the result was this.
High: 6x named ion blasters.
Med: AB II, Cap booster, 2x 20km scam, 1x web.
low: 2x MAR II, 3x hardener, DC II
drones: 5x ogre.
what do you thing? anything to change?

And I assume you mean 2x 20km scram. Do not bother fitting two 20k scrams. Anyone with stabs is going to have multiple stabs. Fit 1 scram or fit like 3-4 :p

Meh, not if he is ratting Sanshas. Don't know about other races but sanshas bses always drop 10 200-800 cap boosters. But you will have to go back to your can each belt because you will have no cargo space.

My Myrmidon 0.0 setup is
3 Electron blasters with null
3 Medium Nos II
1 warp disrupter
1 medium electrochem cap injector
1 webber
1 tracking disrupter II
Y-T8 MWD thing
2x MAR II
2x EANM II
DCU II
Armor Explosive Hardener II
Ogre IIs
Could Rat any spawn and take down almost any non command ship/domi in 1v1.

Would a setup with Autocannons prove more cap effective?
e.g
4x 220mm AC II, A medium nos and a remote rep or something (if your in a gang)
Then the normal mids/lows?

autocannons are more effective but less dps and if you use any nos or cap boosters cap usage from guns is not that much to be concerned over especially if your only using 3 guns.
If you have T2 Autocannons go for it.
