It looks like you can't speak english so I will lay this out...
seriously take an english class or something...
anyways, characters CANNOT be scammed. There are policies in place that prevent the scamming of characters. I dont know what you thought happened, but OMG, nothing seems like it happened.
Please post your losses here so Doogin can possibly rectify things. Otherwise drop it...
Mods, is there a way to shut off a forum that is clearly not on subject... some would like to look through here and see things for sale...

is a young child, or absolutely nuts.
If you look at his original Char auction, he bid with his own alts, and then OVERBID Doogin with his own Alt
then he sent Doogin very weird evemails,
""2007.05.26 16:26God said you will accept the bitter fruit.""
Doogin didn't even win the auction, and he made it clear he doesn't want the character,
no isk or assets of any kind changed hands

Though inb... whatever... english sucks, that guy Doogin is obviously trying to protect his name.. which means he did something wrong...
