maybe im missing something, but shouldnt the bpc's that you get after five part missions be considerably or at least partially better than T2's? seems they need a bit of tweaking, especially since they require tons of rare skills to build.

My guess would be you have been doing the Minmatar Cosmos, those modules are nigh on worthless.
If you want uber items you need to do the Amarr Cosmos. Those items have better than t2 stats with less than t1 fittings.

The cosmos BPCs are a pretty much mixed bag - some are valuable once turned into mods others are not worth the time and effort - in the Minnie & Gal cosmos ones of note are remote reppers & amour reppers - they give significant fitting bonuses and are a must have for a number of tech II ships, such as Logistics and Command ships due to the limited fitting potential of those ships
There are a number of COSMOS bpc buyers and prices range from 25m to about 1isk depending on the equipement that can be produced

here is the jist.
cosmos bpc are like those navy frigs and cruisers and such. they are better than their T1 counterparts but not as good as T2.
but with your point on the build requirements yes they should be better or easier to build i totally agree

I got like 20 different COSMOS BPCs from the Gallente COSMOS missions. As said before, some of them are rather useless, but there are also some very good ones, e.g. the 'Meditation' Medium Armor Repairer. In general I would say that the COSMOS items are equally good as T2 items, but the fitting requirements are less hard. For example, the 'Meditation' Medium Armor Repairer needs only 135 PG and 21 CPU. Can we get EVE back? Please. |
