How will I be able to buy stuff with a -10.0 sec status? I don't want to have to rely on ninja shopping or a huge alliance that can make everything. What do you guys do to buy stuff? ________________________________________________

Make a hauler alt on your main account, allocate 1 week of training for him and your problem is solved.

Create an alt for that purpose.
Alternatively, you could get yourself a gimp.
A gimp, you ask?
Let me explain. EVE is full of people who are new to the game. Eager to learn, craving for social interaction with what they regard as the 'cool core player' (even if you're just an @sshat like me), hungry for ISK and - if need be - easily intimidated. Offer them a percentage of the price of stuff you need them to fly in (like ammo, t1 mods and maybe even ships), although you want them to understand that running off with your sh*t will have consequences (I'm a big believer in fear as the best basis of most any beneficial relationship).
I used a gimp for awhile before I got my alt. He brought me everything I ever needed and then some. In return, I'd reward him handsomely.
If you're the less cynical type, we can call him an 'aide', an 'assistant' - or just plain minmatar - amd look at it as an opportunity to meet new people, take them under your wing, leave a lasting impression through helping others to understand more aspects of the game and all that jazz.
To briefly sum up:
1). Get an alt 2). Get a gimp

Seconded. I'll admit , I'm sometimes too much of a fluffy carebear to openly exploit people who help me but conscience has much less impact when using the anonymous masses of highsec dwellers for mundane tasks with crappy rewards. Courier contracts ftw.

I hope people see through the facade of my, admittedly, cynical post.
Matter of fact is that I believe in the interaction between the new and older players - and not just when negotiating ransoms.
I myself was taken in by players who taught me what I needed to make a life for myself in EVE, and I'll happily help anyone who are eager to learn. That having been said, I distinguish between those I fly with and those I have a business relation with.
The latter - the gimps, if you will - have chosen a different life for themselves. They may be into mining or invention or trading, and the money they make from hauling mods/ships for me might just buy them that first barge or finance their first invention.
Who knows? The guy who's hauling cap charges for me today might have invented a Hammerhead II bpo next month that makes the items cheaper in my region and keeps all of us pew-pewing in style.
EVE is a symbiosis - and I believe it's important to support that in order to keep the game alive.
Now, that's enuff fortune cookie talk for me now.

as long as you fly cruiser class, you can even haul yourself a cruiser to low sec...I think a curse packaged is 10km3, that leaves me with 1500m3 for modules and drones...

as well as an alt which is pretty much needed, courier missions are ftw. pay someone else to haul ur stuff for you. if you're generous then someone will have it with you in less than an hour. Plus if you put the collateral a little higher than it's worth then if your corp mates kill him en route then u make a nice profit

altchar. The -10 pie's Dirty Little Secret.
Now shipping with PetCorp(tm), requiring the presence of the "mighty" CEO's Megathron (nine days training or something) just twice a week (to milk the cash out), one lucky find (somebody with a big gob) Director to hire hapless newbies (who are inspired by the CEO's mighty Megathron) into a live of slave mining, and your -10 pie is ready to spam the forums with how uber they are.
The names have been omitted as, well, heh, maybe some of you work for my alt, or maybe I'm the alt. dang, I can never remember. it's all pretty complicated.
