Originally by: Marquis Dean You're missing the point. A bear will be happily ratting in a system on his own. Then local spikes. And he's safespots and logs. Over and over again. There needs to be NO LOCAL, or even better, regional or at least constellation chat.
Well i think you are missing the point to because if you remove local:
Originally by: hylleX it helps big gangs aka blobs since you cant see them until they appear on the overview which suxs donkey****.
What i mean by this is i think a complete removal would help "teh blobs" to much, and it would also encourage "to blob" even more which is bad bad.
Usually there is mostly friendly traffic in systems for the bears anyway, so they will get a bit lazy if they cant see who it is. I think there has to be some sort of compromise. And i think showing only number would be the best.

Funny, that's exactly what Oveur suggested three years ago.

No. Fix this. Make it say:
Dying without a clone means you lose a percentage of a few skills (usually your level 5 skills) you've trained yourself in. That means you could wind up with a level 5 skill reverting to a level 4 skill at 56% completion, thereby causing you lose to whatever abilities the level 5 skill gave you. It's the worst possible thing that can happen to you. It's like a hacker sharding all your epics in Warcraft.
