If Goonswarm started its own Internal Affairs division, investigated itself, then concluced that nothing wrong had been done by any Goonswarm memeber and that it was NOT a malicious coordinated attack to bring down CCP, would you beleive them? YES or NO?

The Lawsuit is mutually assured destruction at best, but I can't see how they can even begin to prove their claims, let alone decide who to even sue. Realistically, the worst they can do is deprive the Goons of the ability to play with pretend spaceships and pretend lasers, fighting over pretend territory. The Goons can deprive CCP of non-pretend cash. In a war between pretend lasers vs. real cash, real cash wins hands down. However, CCP is acting like they hold all the cards. Sure they do, in the pretend world. In the real world, not so much.

It's called a "text box". If I was stupid enough to try it out on an actual production box, my stay at my company would be short indeed. Granted, I work in the medical industry, where any sort of fooling around is swiftly dealt with. However, we still manage to get extensive input from the users on how the software works and how we can improve it.

If you truly believe that the ONLY POSSIBLE reason Goonswarm did what it did was to damage your company, why are they still in the game? You'll threaten them and talk tough, but gladly take their money? If you truly beleive what you wrote and it's not just some intimidation tactic, then ban Goonswarm from the game. Put up, or shut up.
