Take one look at the moderation in COAD and ask yourself if that doesn't look biased.
I'm sure there's a perfectly good legitimate reason to explain it all. But without doubt a certain alliance gets away with murder. Character assassinations. Unrestrained smack. Signatures that are clearly solely intended to be flamebait and cannot to any reasonable mind be misconstrued as anything else.
This is why so many people are ready to believe the worst.
Different GMs giving different answers to the same question doesn't help. Clear exploits that aren't classed as exploits so they're farmed to death doesn't help.
You may not like the way people do things, but in all honesty they do it because they don't like the way you do things as well.
Meanwhile the games going down the tubes.
Congratulations to BoB, there's nothing and no-one to stop you now. Judging from battle reports in the last couple of years there hasn't been since Beta, if ever.
Thanks for the advice Kieron.

Isn't it irrelevent if they're farming bugs while waiting for the fix? or is that a reward for services rendered?

If you see that kinda crap, please email us and we'll look into it and snip/warn/ban as needed. Trust me CRC is tired of these baseless accusations as well and we are trying our best to stop it.
With respect this isn't a baseless accusation. I don't think it's paranoia
I've seen the way Fleetcommanders of the enemy are targetted for ridicule. Their E-Throats are cut without any form of retribution or complaint. It's a poisonous atmosphere that I've found frankly disturbing but ISD never make a move and everybody seems to think it's all as futile as I do. I've emailed the mods email a couple of weeks ago, I never got a reply. During the ASCN war out of game forum links were used extensively to demoralise ASCN to pursuade them not to even log in. The second someone does this to BoB the rules change. You have to admit, like it or not, even if there's a perfectly good and legitimate reason for it - it looks bad and isn't baseless.
The fact BoB specifically design and use signatures that flaunt GM/Dev connections is the icing on the cake.
The games dying, 0.0 is looking like a less attractive place to be by the day. Capital ship warfare isn't everyones cup of Tea - a message that, call me paranoid if you want, that doesn't seem to get across because it happens to be very much BoBs cup of Tea.
Unfortunately I think it's quickly becoming too late. No-one acknowledges there's a problem at all, it's all baseless or passed of as propaganda - in itself, an indicating CCP is too close to the politics ingame. The implication from the Blog that Goons may well be out to destroy the game may well be correct, but intentionally or not BoB have been doing a much better job of it.
No-one even wants to fight BoB anymore, what's the point?, who wants to endure the ritual humiliation on the forums for even trying? More and more seek it's protection as a pet instead, easier to be on the winning side. The potential of huge fleet battles became little more than destroying Titans while the pilot was offline...great fun and quality PvP there eh?
I don't see that you can reverse the entrenched perception that's been cultivated over the years - allowing the signatures that state little more than "We're BoB, we cheat" has sealed that.
BoB won Eve without ever facing a serious challenge from any quarter, the ease of victory I'm sure is skill, but try convincing someone who isn't involved in Eve of that remembering to make mention of the GM/Dev connections. To an outsider they're going to pick up on that connection first and foremost.

BoB have had the same agenda for years yet nothings been done. They have thrived on the reputation and never miss the opportunity to turn it into a winning signature.
You know full well that pilots have been claiming, regardless of how accurate it is, to have had ships reimbursed "because I'm in BoB" yet you've never done anything about it. You're well aware of the classic "exploit that isn't an exploit" being farmed whenever they crop up (so much for using MSN to fix bugs?). Yet you appear to dump all this on Goonswarms and goonswarm alones lap as something they've made up recently when the reality is BoB go out of their way to do it themselves and have been doing it since before Goonswarm were conceived.
Blame Goonswarm if you want. Last time it was nasty Kugutsumens fault, this time it's Evil Goonswarms fault, wonder who's fault it's going to be next time? Can guarantee it won't be BoBs fault though.

Originally by: CCP Kieron If you feel we as an entity are corrupt and abhorrent, we bid you good luck in finding a game and company that suits your interests.
Seriously, You don't like this game, you think it's corrupt, you think the developers cheat. Cancel your account. The best way for you misguided fools to make a 'statement' against CCP is to put your money where your mouth is. I plan to do the same by continuing to pay for the 3 accounts I have for a long time to come. CCP is a one of a kind company and they deserve my business.
GG CCP.
why am i getting a feeling these guys are devs mouthpieces?? please , shoot yourself i the ass some more , its quite refreshing to read something totaly ignorant of the fact
He's absolutely right though. That tactic has worked a treat on the Chinese server.

Refute the claims. Explain the censorship.
You think if I had MSN I might use it to report your inflamitory sig, rather than using the correct method of emailing the mods?
Take a guess which I would do.
I noticed that the BoB inflamatory signatures have been moderated - about a year too late but now the stable doors closed at least the horse can't get back in...umm...I think that's how the saying goes...whatever, it's a start. Key is to look fair, that's how CCP can earn trust.
